Kirby 64: Shiver Star – World 5, Stage 1
Now we arrive at the ice planet, Shiver Star. During the travels here, we’ll take a stroll through a frozen wonderland, puffy clouds, an two factories. The levels are a lot longer here, so each one will have to be uploaded individually. Also, I miss some Shards here as well, so this is another place we’ll be revisiting later. Stage 1 Sections: 6 Crystal Shard Locations: 1.) 3rd Section: During the sled ride with Waddle Dee, you’ll be cued to jump on top of a large igloo. If you succeed in the jump, you’ll grab the Shard no problem. 2.) 4th Section: After defeating the miniboss, the Shard will be encased in ice on the ceiling. The ice can only be melted with a fire ability, so make sure you have it with you. 3.) 5th Section: When you arrive, you’ll see that you stand atop a lake with the surface covered with ice. There are a few cracks that you can dive into. The Shard lies in a small cove in the at the bottom of the third lake.
Does anyone noticed that the Shiver Star looks a lot like Earth, just covered in ice and snow? Just look at the Moon orbiting the planet, and the white parts of the planet compared to the grey parts look a lot like Earth’s continents. Is it me, or is the game introducing Earth’s post-apocalypse?

the game shows us that if we continue the way we work with machines and such the world will be doomed, also this world has a star at the right end… nibiru?
@ContraNeo2 I’ve actually used that as a basis for an entire universe =P Earth froze over and Humans made a run for it, bar some cities that used protective Bioshields. Cue Samus in Kirby’s Dreamland 3 =L
